We are currently offering an Internship/In- service opportunity to someone who is motivated, passionate and success driven. You will integrate as a Business Developer. 

You will assist Luc, our Country Director and Executive coach, with coaching sessions, business meetings, events, sales development, and administrative work. You will also work with the Sales Director on a daily basis where you accompany him in the execution of the sales strategy for the company on the African continent. You are strongly encouraged to suggest and implement innovative ideas in order to take the company to the next level.


  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Follow-up by email, making appointments, cost proposal preparation
  • External communication on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook…)
  • General support and administrative tasks

Profile :

  • Professional written and oral English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • You want to learn, you are hungry for feedback and want to know all the techniques of pitching, persuasion, storytelling to become the best salesperson possible.
  • You are ambitious, resilient, and comfortable with challenges and goals.
