Objectives:

  1. Website Redesign: Enhance the visual appeal and functionality of the website to effectively communicate our mission and keep the audience updated on our work.
  2. Online Training Platform Development: Create a secure platform within the website for trainees to access and participate in online training sessions.

Missions:

Website Redesign

  • Revamp the website with a user-friendly design, ensuring responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Integrate new collaborations, images, and stories to showcase ongoing work and emphasize our NGO’s mission.
  • Regularly update content
  • SWOT analysis and Implementation of SSL certification.
  • Improve website performance by compressing images, implementing caching, and regularly addressing performance issues.
  • If possible: Ensure website accessibility for users with disabilities by implementing WCAG guidelines and offer language options with translations for a diverse audience.
  • Creativity: Make a short video (1-1,5 min) to display on the website.

Online training platform

  • Identify and choose a suitable online learning management system that suits our goals
  • Evaluate LMS options based on features, scalability, and cultural adaptability.
  • Customize the selected LMS to align with our branding and visual identity.
  • Establish a secure login and authentication system for private access to the training platform.
  • Implement measures to protect trainees’ data and confidentiality.
  • Integrate video lectures seamlessly into the online training platform.
  • Ensure compatibility with different devices
  • Format training workbooks for online accessibility, allowing easy download and completion of exercises.
  • Develop an interactive system for tracking progress within the digital workbooks easy access to supplementary reading materials user-friendly interface for downloading literature
  • Establish a systematic feedback mechanism within the platform

Profile:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Web design or a related field.

Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly in website redesign. The website is currently made with wordpress. 

Familiarity with online learning management systems (LMS) and video integration.
